Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received two weeks prior to the course will receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received less than two weeks prior will receive a 50% refund of the total fees. No shows and same day cancellations will not receive a refund. OOPTSG reserves the right to cancel the course. A full refund will be given. The OOPTSG will not be held responsible for any personal costs incurred. You must be a Physical Therapist to attend this course.
